Ben DeLaCruz, Founder Of DSP
Strength and conditioning coach Ben DeLaCruz has been working with professional athletes, college and high school athletes, CEO of Fortune 500 companies, and Celebrities for the past 8 years. Prior to starting DSP, Ben played college football at Eastern Kentucky University were he had a full athletic scholarship. He was listed as the teams most athletic player on the field playing multiple positions for his 4 years at EKU. Ben Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and continued his education after college.
While continuing his education, Ben learned from world renowned Strength Coaches Charles Poliquin, Stephane Cazeault, Matt Wenning, and Gavin Attorre. After acquiring knowledge and experience, Ben decided to open DSP on January 16th, 2017 in Orlando, Florida. Bens vision for starting DSP was to create an environment that will cater to all professional athletes, high school athletes and working professionals to help reach their goals and to provide a unique and cutting edge training experience of how to

Since then, Ben has built DSP into highly recommend training facility. His offseason training program are being recommend by sporting agents, professional teams, and other professional and colligate strength & conditioning coaches.
